my vote is option 1. I like the not sharing a ceiling part, as well as the proximity to things to do. Additionally, that sunroom looks like a great spot. Plus, possibility of a cat and free laundry. Winner!
I'm voting for option 1, too. I like the Pet Semetary backyard, the sunroom kicks ass, and it looks less like the super-burbs. Rock that ish!
