Heidi: "Hi um I'd like to report a murder."
911 Dispatcher: "Whoa cool! That usually only happens in Minneapolis. Where was the murder?"
Heidi: "West Seventh Place."
911 Dispatcher: "By the homeless people?"
Heidi: "Yeah."
911 Dispatcher: "Can you describe the killer?"
Heidi: "Yeah, he was a really short, cute, kind of tan colored guy.... well more of a bird than a guy I guess."
911 Dispatcher: "I'm sorry did you say bird?"
Heidi: "He tore a dragonfly to shreds, and then flew away with the dragonfly torso. It was violent."
911 Dispatcher: "Ummm...."
Heidi: "The little wings are still here, so I'm pretty sure you can charge him with littering too. (Sigh...) What a tragedy."
911 Dispatcher: [silence]
Heidi: "I think I might need counseling."
911 Dispatcher: "Mmhmm."
